1. Company details
Novix Shop is a trade name of Atnovix, CoC 96659548, located at Strandweg 7a, 1972 BS IJmuiden, the Netherlands. VAT: NL005223782B92. Email: info@novix-shop.com.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all orders placed via novix-shop.com. Provisions that conflict with mandatory consumer law do not apply to the detriment of the consumer.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include VAT. Orders over € 10 ship free of charge; below that, shipping costs apply (€ 2 by default). Some large or heavy items have separate shipping costs and do not count towards the free shipping threshold; this is clearly stated on the product page and in the cart. Any shipping costs are shown before checkout. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed. Obvious errors in prices or product information are not binding; in such cases we will contact you before processing the order.
4. Payment
Payment must be made immediately via one of the offered methods (iDEAL / Wero, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact).
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown on the product page. The maximum delivery period is 30 days unless agreed otherwise. If exceeded, you may grant us a reasonable additional period and then cancel the order free of charge; any amounts paid will be fully refunded. We will notify you by email in case of delays.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After withdrawal, we refund the full purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. See our returns policy for the procedure and exceptions.
7. Conformity and warranty
Delivered products must conform to the contract (statutory conformity guarantee). If a product shows a defect within the warranty period that was not caused by normal use, we will repair, replace, or refund it free of charge. These statutory rights are not limited by these terms.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the delivered product, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part and except where mandatory law (including product liability and consumer protection) provides otherwise.
9. Import duties and customs costs
Novix Shop delivers exclusively within the European Union (EU) and a number of European countries (such as Norway and Switzerland). We do not ship to the United Kingdom or other countries outside this delivery area. Where import duties or customs charges apply — for example when goods are shipped directly from a non-EU country — Novix Shop covers these costs in full. The price you pay is always the final price: you will never receive an additional invoice from customs. Should you unexpectedly be charged customs fees, please contact us at info@novix-shop.com so we can reimburse you.
10. Complaints
Complaints can be reported via info@novix-shop.com. We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
11. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the court with jurisdiction under the law; as a consumer you always retain the protection of the jurisdiction rules of your country of residence.
