Privacy Policy

Atnovix ("Novix Shop", "we", "us") processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we store it.
1. Data we collect
Name, email address, and (optionally) phone number at registration and checkout; delivery and billing address; payment information processed by Mollie (not stored by us); IP address for fraud prevention, security, and localisation; messages you send via the contact form or chat assistant.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data for: fulfilling your order and providing customer service (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal obligations such as tax records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); fraud prevention and security of the shop (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Sharing with third parties
We only share data where necessary: with our payment provider Mollie (payment processing); with carriers and fulfilment partners to deliver your order — your name, delivery address, and phone number may be transferred to suppliers outside the EEA, with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR; and with our hosting and email providers. Messages to our chat assistant are processed by Anthropic (US) as a processor, under a data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses; if you are logged in and ask about your order, limited order information (order number and status) may be included. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Retention periods
Order history and invoices: 7 years (statutory tax retention). Account data: until deleted by the user. Log files: 90 days. Chat and contact messages: up to 1 year.
5. Product reviews
If you post a product review, we publish your first name with the initial of your last name (e.g. "Jan B."), the country of your delivery address and — if you add one — your photo on the product page. To have a published review removed, email info@novix-shop.com.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. Send your request to info@novix-shop.com; we respond within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
