Shipping
1. Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. For pre-order products, the expected delivery date is shown on the product page.
2. Shipping costs
Orders over € 10 ship free of charge throughout our entire delivery area. For orders under € 10 we charge a small shipping fee (€ 2 by default). Some large or heavy items have separate shipping costs and do not count towards the free shipping threshold — this is always clearly stated on the product page and in the cart. The price you see at checkout is always the final price.
3. Shipping method
We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DPD and DHL. After dispatch you will receive an email with your track & trace code.
4. Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Novix Shop is not liable for delays or loss resulting from an incorrect address.
5. Delivery times during public holidays
Around public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will inform you via the website or by email.
Import duties
6. No import duties for you
Novix Shop delivers within the EU and a few European countries (such as Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland). We are responsible for import formalities and fully cover any import costs on your behalf.
7. Received an import duty invoice?
If you unexpectedly receive an invoice for import duties or customs charges, please contact us immediately at info@novix-shop.com. We will reimburse the full amount — just forward the invoice.
8. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed via novix-shop.com, for deliveries within our delivery area (the EU plus a few European countries). Deliveries outside this area, including the United Kingdom, are currently not offered.
