Return Policy
14-day return window
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
2. Return procedure
Report your return via your account (with the relevant order) or by email at info@novix-shop.com with your order number. You will receive an RMA number with return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Product condition
You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Please return it complete and preferably in its original packaging. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct the resulting loss of value from your refund.
4. Refund
After receiving your return (or proof of shipment), we refund the purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 5 business days — and at the latest within the statutory 14-day period — using the same payment method you used.
5. Return costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered — in that case we also cover the return costs.
6. Exceptions
Custom-made products, sealed hygiene items with a broken seal, activated software, and digital downloads are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Defective or wrong item?
Is your product defective or did you receive something other than what you ordered? Contact us at info@novix-shop.com — you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or a refund (statutory warranty), independent of the right of withdrawal.
